Does Selah Coffee Co. have a coffee shop I can visit?

Right now we are only operating as a roastery, however, we are partnering with local coffee shops to serve our coffee. We’ll let you know where you can get some soon!

Where can I purchase Selah coffee in my city?

Currently, we are only selling our coffee bags to shops in the Dallas – Fort Worth area. If you live too far away to visit DFW, you’re never too far away to get some of our fresh beans. You can order here and get your bag delivered right to your door!


Do you offer ground coffee for subscription or online orders?

We offer only whole-bean coffee in our online store. We believe it is at its most delicious when freshly ground and just before brewing. If you buy a bag of our coffee at your local coffee shop, they’d be happy to grind it for the brew method of your choice.

Do you offer Fair Trade Certified coffees?

Our Coffee Buyers place a high emphasis on quality and sustainability. Many of the farmers we work with have the ability to channel their resources to obtain such a notable certification. You can read more about our partners at Red Fox Coffee Merchants and Onyx Coffee Importer here.

What coffee roasts are available from Selah Coffee Co.?

We offer an assortment of roast levels that can be found in the description of each coffee. We roast each coffee to the degree of development that best showcases what the coffee has to offer. Our single origin coffees fall on the lighter side and espressos on the darker. Our blends will fall more in the middle.

Do you offer a Decaf Selah Coffee?

Yes we do! Our Night Flight decaf works well on espresso as well as filter preparations.

How long does Selah Coffee stay fresh?

Our coffee bags used for packaging are excellent at keeping the coffee fresh! These bags prevent coffee aging by keeping light, moisture and air from coming into contact with the beans. Your coffee can remain fresh for up to 60 days after being roasted.


Can I change what coffees I get in my subscriptions?

Of course! When you create your Selah Coffee Co. account and become a subscriber, you will have the ability to edit your subscription. Please contact us at info@selahcoffeeco.com for any additional help.


Can I buy your coffee wholesale or in bulk?

If you are a business, café or restaurant, we would love for you to pour Selah Coffee! Please fill out our wholesale contact form and we’ll be sure to get in touch.


Is shipping included?

When purchasing coffee or merchandise from the web-shop, shipping is figured in based on weight and destination and added at checkout. We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $35.

Do you ship to my country?

We hope so! Please note, many international shipments have experienced long shipping timelines recently due to logistical roadblocks so we are unable to provide exact details. We estimate up to 14 days for international orders. Please note, our coffee subscriptions are currently available in the United States only.

Why hasn’t my order arrived or was marked delivered but nowhere to be found?

Sometimes there are mix-ups and delays with the USPS and other shipping services. Please contact us at support@selahcoffeeco.com 24 hours after the scheduled arrival so we can assist you better.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

What is your return policy? 

At Selah Coffee Co., we want to ensure the standards of excellence we hold reach your doorstep and ultimately your cup.

If we have not met those standards and you would like to return all or part of your order, please reach out to us at support@selahcoffeeco.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please include in the email, your order number and details on the item(s) you would like to return. We will reach out to you with details, ask you to package up the items and send you a prepaid shipping label to ship back to us.
